Contact Information

There are three Contact Centres that support CEBA Loan Holders. The appropriate Contact Centre will vary depending on if your loan has been assigned to the CEBA Program.

If your CEBA Loan is no longer accessible through your financial institution, then your CEBA Loan may be classified as ‘Assigned’. If your CEBA Loan is still accessible through your financial institution, then your CEBA Loan is classified as ‘Unassigned’.

For any questions regarding CEBA Loans, please consult the Frequently Asked Questions page. Should you need further assistance please use the guidance below. Accessibility accommodations are available if needed.
